The town of Devon, population 1000, has been invaded by cats. Thousands of cats of all types flood the streets, causing a nuisance to the townsfolk. One night, when one of their own is killed coming home from work, the town's inhabitants snap.
All but for Tara. A special little girl with a big heart. When the people fight back in vicious packs, she sets out to brave the violent mobs and rescue the cats.
But not all in Devon is as it seems. Why do the people suddenly devolve into lunacy? Why do their eyes glow red in the dark? And just what is at the source of this invasion?
