Brian G. Berry decided to start Slaughterhouse Press when he realized he didn’t want to wait on other publishers to release the books he was wanting to read. He wanted to see the unique features of usually divergent genres brought together in badass books written by badass authors. He released Slaughterhouse Press’S first anthology, No Lives Left, at the end of November 2023. He released Yuletide Nightmares less than two weeks later. Yuletide Nightmares stayed on the Amazon number one list for 9 days straight. on april 7, 2024 Slaughterhouse press released its first novel, No One Rides for free (Absolute chaos) written by Judith sonnet and otis bateman, and it's been destroying the horror charts ever since. the newest anthology from Slaughterhouse press, maximum Firepower, will be releasing in May 2024.
Independently, Brian has published 47 books since the beginning of 2021. He released 29 of those in 2023 alone. He has published several series such as the well-known and well-loved Shark Files series, the Slasherback series and the VHS Trash series. In 2023, he also wrote film novelizations for SRS Cinema, Ben Combes Films and Justin Seaman. A few of those included Commando Ninja, The Barn and House Squatch. He has several current and upcoming projects for Encyclopocalypse Publications including chopping mall coming November 19, 2024!
in 2024, he did the first novelization with wild eye releases and will soon have blood feast of the Ghoul god published with Weird House Press.
